Gili Meno is the smallest and least populated of the three famed Gili Islands situated off the Northwest coast of Lombok. Gili Meno offers a quieter alternative to mainland Lombok or it's more developed sister islands of Gili Air and Gili Trawangan.
Gili Meno is acclaimed for its superb white sandy beaches, clean warm waters, coral reefs, brilliantly coloured fish and the some of best snorkeling and diving on Lombok. It is in Gili Meno where you can find one of the worlds rated coral formations known as the "Blue Coral".

The only form of transport available on the island is horse drawn cart, quite a relief after the constant traffic, noise and pollution experienced in Bali. Gili Meno offers tourists an alternative to Bali offering pristine deserted beaches and unsullied waters.
Tourists didn't really start visiting the Gilies until about 1991, but now the island has become enormously popular with visitors. Until recently, the island was difficult to reach, and tourists had to take a small boat from Lombok to get to the island. Last year marked the arrival of the Bounty Boat, a high-speed luxury catamaran that now accesses Gili Meno in about 2.5 hours directly from Bali. The Bounty Boat (capacity 500 passengers) stops at Nusa Lembongan, Senggigi and Gili Meno and provides a safe comfortable mode of transportation suitable for all types of tourists, especially for families and the elderly.
Since the access to Gili Meno is more convenient, it has been designated to accommodate middle to upper tourist markets within the three Gilies Islands. It is due to this reason that we are developing the first Seri Adventure Resort & Villas on the island.

The project location stretches along a 126 meter white-sandy beachfront where the sun rises over-looking the spectacular view of sacred Mt. Rinjani. Other Access to Gili Meno
MABUA EXPRESS: 2.5 hours jet ferry service accessed from Ball's Benoa Harbour to Lombok, disembarking at Lembar Harbour. Special transfer service by Mabua Express goes directly to Bangsal harbour.
Gili Meno is reachable by boat from Bangsal or Teluk Lara, small village harbours about 45 minutes scenic drive from Lombok's Selaparang Airport, Mataram and about 50 km from Lembar Lombok's seaport.
BY AIR: From Bali Ngurah Rai domestic airport fly to Lombok (approximately 20 minute flight), disembarking at Selaparang Airport. There are about seven flights daily from Bali operated by Merpati Airline, Bouraq and Sempati. Take transport to Senggigi or Bangsal to hire a boat to Gili Meno.

|  | | | Rinjani Villa's | Back to top | Two luxuries three-bedroom Villa's will be situated close to the beach and designed to maximize the breath-taking views of the ocean, beach and Mt. Rinjani.
The Villa is one level with a loft (can be used as a fourth bedroom) that will be over-looking the main living area. The master bedroom and the guest room are facing the ocean with the third bedroom at the back with a garden view. All of the bedrooms will be fully air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms.
The Villa comes fully furnished with a living area, dining room, and a small kitchenette. It will be equipped with a TV, stereo, VCD player, telephone, mini-bar, and personal safe.

The villa is two levels with the bedrooms located on the second floor with a private balcony, en-suite bathrooms, and air-conditioning. The resort will have programs for recycling, composting and waste management.
We are planning to use a German built waste/sewage treatment system designed to convert the sewage into an efficient watering/fertilizing system for the garden areas. This system is currently being used by many of the 5 star hotels including the Novotel in Lombok.
As there is a shortage of fresh water on Gili Meno all of the showers will be using semi-salt water. We will provide a limited amount of fresh water daily per villa for rinsing.

We expect an income return of approximately 20%-25% per year.
However, once the resort is running for two years we are looking at a higher rental rate and higher income projections. Based on our calculations we expect that the rental rates will increase by about 50% after the resort has been 2 years in operation. After the resort is 5 years in operation, the management commission will increase to 30% per year for the remaining 5 years of the leasing agreement.
Our main objective is to assure that the buyer receives their full return of their investment first.
